\nUK annual house price growth slows to 1.1%; US Federal Reserve expected to raise rates by 25bps to 4.75% but markets wonder whether it will then pauseGood morning, and welcome to our rolling coverage of business, the world economy and the financial markets.The year has begun with further slowing in UK house price growth.However, there are some encouraging signs that mortgage rates are normalising, but it is too early to tell whether activity in the housing market has started to recover.
