\nI have no idea how to go about everything but keep hearing it is going to be expensiveQ I need advice on extending the lease on my flat. I have owned the flat for sometime and am ashamed to say I have done nothing about the lease as I didn\u2019t realise it was a problem until I started looking for a new mortgage.I share the freehold with the lady who owns the flat upstairs. Does this make it any easier? I have no idea how to go about this and all I hear is how it is going to be incredibly expensive. Please help. RS Continue reading…
