\nHong Kong Resort Company plans to invest HK$15 billion (US$1.9 billion) to build 1,400 flats in Discovery Bay, its biggest investment in more than a decade in Lantau.The Hong Kong-listed company, a joint venture between HKR International and Citic, is the developer of Discovery Bay, a sprawling residential community close to the city\u2019s international airport.The company agreed to a land premium of HK$5.24 billion for a 699,660 sq ft plot at Yi Pa Wan in the north of Discovery Bay in September,\u2026
