\nIndicative prices for Zyanya, which is located\u00a0at Lorong 25A Geylang, begin at $1,590 per sq ft.
\nZyanya, a freehold boutique residential project in District 14, has opened for preview, with the official sales launch set on Saturday (18 December).
\nThe development, which is the former Advance Apartment, offers 34 apartment units comprising one- to two-bedders, five three-bedroom plus study dual-key units and four four-bedroom penthouses.
\nIndicative prices for the units start from $1,590 per sq ft.
\nLocated at Lorong 25A Geylang, Zyanya is just 260 m away from Aljunied MRT on the East West Line. The development is also within walking distance to Mountbatten MRT and Dakota MRT.
\nNearby educational institutions include Eton House International School, Geylang Methodist School (Primary) and Kong Hwa School. Other amenities within the vicinity include supermarkets and health care centres.
\nIn an SGX filing, Boldtek Holdings revealed that Zyanya \u201cis developed by NNB 8 Development Pte Ltd, which is 80% owned by the Group\u2019s 50%-owned joint venture company, NNB Global Development Pte. Ltd.\u201d
\nAs such, the Group holds a 40% effective stake in Zyanya.
