Where would the fifth biggest cathedral in the world feature? Alas, Simon Jenkins sadly omitted the always stunning Liverpool Cathedral.Neil Watkins Liverpool\u2022 Simon Jenkins describes 11 great European cathedrals as \u201ceasily reachable\u201d.
