\nExceptional Homes is the inaugural content collaboration between Mediacorp and PropertyGuru. The virtual real estate event caters to the robust consumer demand for upscale private property.
\nProperty marketplace PropertyGuru has partnered with Mediacorp, Singapore\u2019s national media network, to host Exceptional Homes, the largest luxury virtual real estate event within the city-state.
\nExceptional Homes will run from 20 to 28 November, featuring the latest private property projects for sale via an immersive digital experience.
\nThe nine-day event will also offer a series of live webinars, panel discussions and presentations to cater to keen market interest in high-end property investment.
\nThere will also be a virtual lounge, where attendees can engage in various topics, including strategies for high-end property financing, the luxury property outlook and market dynamics, as well as the long-term value of sustainable homes.
\nGuided virtual tours on the private development projects will be offered to property hunters, while by-invite virtual engagement sessions will be extended to select attendees.
\nOther attendees can also access such sessions on-demand post-event.
\nExceptional Homes marks the first partnership between Mediacorp and PropertyGuru.
\nThe alliance is aligned with the commitment of the two companies to provide innovative solutions as more property buyers move online.
