\nHong Kong\u2019s office rental market is showing signs of recovery after being battered by 2019\u2019s social unrest and the Covid-19 pandemic that immediately followed it.The three months to September saw \u201cnet absorption\u201d for the first time in two years, meaning more space was taken up than left empty, according to Cushman & Wakefield.The property services giant halved its forecast for the overall average rental decline this year from a range of 8 to 13 per cent to between 4 and 6 per cent.
