\nInterest in property auctions has risen amid a boom in Hong Kong\u2019s housing market, despite a decline in the number of properties foreclosed.An improving economy, the easing coronavirus pandemic and low interest rates have all contributed to this trend, market players said.\u201cThe number of [potential buyers] has increased by about 10 per cent than [earlier] because of the rising property market,\u201d said Henry Choi, a director at Century 21 Surveyors, which conducts property auctions.The rise in\u2026
