\nNormanton Park sold about 600 residential units at an average price of $1,750 per sq ft (psf) during its first day of sales on 16 January (Saturday).
\nDeveloper Kingsford Huray Development revealed that around 80% of the units sold were one- and two-bedroom units. Buyers also snapped three commercial units.
\n\u201cMost of the homebuyers are Singapore citizens and permanent residents and they are either owner-occupiers or property investors,\u201d it said in a release.

\nSet to obtain Temporary Occupation Permit in 2023, the development comprises 1,840 apartment units, 22 two-storey strata terraces and eight commercial units.
\nAbout 12,000 visitors thronged its show gallery during its 13-day preview which ended on 14 January.
\nIn conjunction with the project\u2019s launch, a lucky draw has been organised in which 10 units of Mercedes-Benz A-Class 180 Hatchback Style with 1.4L engine will be given out as prizes.

\nBuyers and the respective agents of the first 800 units sold at the development will be entitled to participate in the lucky draw.
