\nParc Central Residences sold 414 units at an average price of $1,177 per sq ft during its launch on Saturday (23 January).
\nA joint executive condominium\u00a0(EC) project by Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Development, the 700-unit development features 11, 16-storey blocks within Tampines matured estate.
