\nThe Reef at King\u2019s Dock sells over 90% of units released during launch weekendUnit prices ranged between $2,000 per sq ft (psf) and $2,800 psf, while the average price stood at $2,330 psf.
\nThe Reef at King\u2019s Dock received robust interest during its launch weekend, with 280 of the 300 units released snapped up, revealed joint developers Mapletree Investments and Keppel Land.
\nUnit prices ranged between $2,000 per sq ft (psf) and $2,800 psf, while the average price stood at $2,330 psf.
\n\u201cDue to the strong demand, another 100 units were added to the initial 200 units released,\u201d said the developers.
\nThey noted that the positive sales momentum over the weekend was mainly driven \u201cby strong demand from a good mix of singles, young couples and families, who were drawn to the project\u2019s prime location and myriad offerings\u201d.

\nSingaporeans and permanent residents accounted for over 90% of buyers, with a good mix of investors and owner occupiers.
\nThe Reef at King\u2019s Dock saw a good mix of sales for its one- to three-bedroom units, with all the one-bedders at the development fully sold.
\nThe remaining units comprise a mix of premium two- and three-bedroom units that will be released in subsequent phases.
\n\u201cWe are heartened by the positive take-up of The Reef at King\u2019s Dock, which reflects the trust that discerning homebuyers have in Mapletree and Keppel Land in delivering high-quality homes with thoughtful features,\u201d said Ng Ooi Hooi, President (Singapore and Regional Investments) at Keppel Land.
\n\u201cWe are confident that the project\u2019s excellent attributes will continue to attract interest from prospective homebuyers and investors.\u201d
\nThe development\u2019s sales gallery drew over 9,000 visitors over its two-week preview earlier in January.
