\nThe first major property launch of 2021 in Hong Kong set a promising bar for the year ahead, as hundreds of homebuyers jostled to snap up flats at Wheelock Properties\u2019 new Monaco project in Kai Tak.Wheelock had collected over HK$900 million by selling more than half of the 145 units available as of 5pm on Sunday, just three hours after sales began, the developer\u2019s spokeswoman said in a statement.Wheelock and property agents expected all the flats to be sold by the end of the day because of the\u2026
