\nNoMA, Macly Group\u2019s freehold residential development project along Guillemard Road in District 14, is set to open its showflat for VIP preview \u2013 which will be by appointment only \u2013 this Saturday (22 August).
\nNestled on a 13,727 sq ft site, NoMA features 50 units of one-, two- and four-bedroom apartments, with sizes ranging from 388 sq ft to 1,335 sq ft.
\nPrices start from $6xx k for the one-bedroom units, $9xx k for the two-bedders and $1.8x million for the four-bedroom units.
\nA 13% early bird discount will be offered to those purchasing their units on 29 August.
\nDesigned with flexibility in mind, some unit types come with sliding doors allowing for flexible use of space \u2013 such as from a bigger entertainment space to a study or a bedroom at night.
\nThe units are also work-from-home friendly, featuring convertible spaces that double up as a study table with powerpoints.
\nMeanwhile, facilities at the development include an infinity swimming pool, rooftop terrace, BBQ pit, callisthenic gym, rooftop dining, yoga corner and bicycle lots.
\nInspired by New York city\u2019s vibrant NoMad district, NoMA is about 500m from Dakota MRT and within 1km to primary schools such as Kong Hwa School and Geylang Methodist.
