\nDevelopers can now look forward to re-opening show galleries and resuming business activities from 19 June as Singapore moves to Phase Two of re-opening.

\nMaximum capacity at a show gallery and show unit, for instance, will be based on 10 sq m per person. Viewings at show gallery will be by appointment only, with no more than five persons per group, which includes salespersons.

\nDevelopers are also required to use the SafeEntry system to record the check-in of all visitors who must wear a mask. They should also ensure that groups have a minimum distance of 1m between them, and inter-mingling of groups are not allowed.
\nHigh-touch areas should also be regularly cleaned and sanitised, with appropriate measures in place to minimise contact with surfaces.
\nIn line with this, the URA revealed under its frequently asked questions (FAQs) that developers can access their show galleries to prepare them prior to reopening, \u201csubject to a cap of three persons for a maximum of three hours once a week\u201d. Safe-distancing measures should also be observed such as the wearing of mask and maintaining safe distancing.
\n\u201cAs the situation is still evolving, please continue to keep abreast of the latest announcements by the Multi-Ministry Task Force and take immediate steps to comply with any new requirements. We seek your understanding and cooperation to reduce the risk of transmission of COVID-19,\u201d said the URA\u2019s Controller of Housing.
