\nWith StoryTeller, FastKey allows property developers to go to market as soon as their project is approved, without the need to wait for the construction of its show flat or sales gallery. The new feature also enables agents to host viewings and close deals remotely.
\nAsia\u2019s leading property technology company PropertyGuru has launched a new digital feature that allows 360-degree walkthroughs of a project, its units and the surrounding cityscape.
\n\u201cSocial distancing measures implemented amid the pandemic have reshaped consumer behaviours \u2013 and with it, expectations around property buying and selling. With sales galleries now empty \u2013 and people still looking to explore properties amid a new normal \u2013 the time has come to evolve property discovery,\u201d said the group in a release.
\nDubbed StoryTeller, the new feature is part of the company\u2019s sales enablement platform, PropertyGuru FastKey.
\nServing more than 500 projects from 100 property developers in Southeast Asia, FastKey digitises and automates the whole property sales process starting from project launch to close of sale.
\nAnd with StoryTeller, FastKey allows property developers to go to market as soon as their project is approved, without the need to wait for the construction of its show flat or sales gallery. The new feature also enables agents to host viewings and close deals remotely.
\nThis comes as the feature brings the project and show flat right to the doorsteps of property buyers \u201cto view, select and even register interest for a unit based on their preference and as per real-time inventory availability in the project\u201d.
\nWith the VR-powered experience offered by StoryTeller, property buyers can easily move through the interiors and exteriors of projects, including their surroundings, facilities and street views \u2013 enabling them to compare various projects at their convenience and make confident property decisions.
