\nShow galleries that were set up by property developers to market and sell properties \u201cshall remain closed until further notice.\u00a0
\nProperty developers in Singapore may have to wait a little longer before they can reopen their show galleries to market their properties.
\nThis comes after the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has said that show galleries by developers shall remain closed even as the circuit breaker measures is gradually lifted from 2 June.
\n\u201cUnder the Safe Re-opening in Phase One starting from 2 June 2020, economic activities that do not pose high risk of COVID-19 transmission may resume,\u201d noted the URA in its advisory.

\n\u201cHowever, economic, social and entertainment activities that carry higher risk will remain closed and everyone shall continue to leave home only for essential activities.\u201d
\nAs such, show galleries that were set up by property developers to market and sell properties \u201cshall remain closed until further notice\u201d.
