\nQueen guitarist says \u2018I won\u2019t be able to walk for a while\u2019 following injury during lockdown, and lambasts Boris Johnson over coronavirusBrian May has complained of \u201crelentless pain\u201d after he was hospitalised following a gardening injury that tore muscles in his buttocks \u2013 and, while in recovery, made a sustained attack on Boris Johnson\u2019s preparedness for coronavirus.Writing on Instagram, the Queen guitarist said: \u201cI managed to rip my gluteus maximus to shreds in a moment of overenthusiastic gardening. So suddenly I find myself in a hospital getting scanned to find out exactly how much I\u2019ve actually damaged myself. Turns out I did a thorough job \u2013 this is a couple of days ago \u2013 and I won\u2019t be able to walk for a while … or sleep, without a lot of assistance, because the pain is relentless.\u201d Continue reading…
