\nCurrently, there are nearly 2,100 counties that provide some electronic access to their property records, but that’s means about a third of the jurisdictions in the country still don’t have the ability to accept digital documents. Sen. Kevin Cramer (R-ND) and Sen.Mark Warner (D-VA) introduced Securing and Enabling Commerce Using Remote and Electronic Notarization Act of 2020 (SECURE Notarization Act).
