However, the number of respondents who\u00a0were\u00a0dissatisfied overall with the Singapore property market (44 percent) remained greater than those who were.<\/p>\n<p>The intent to purchase local properties has also improved, with 48 percent revealing that they would like to acquire a residential asset within the\u00a0next six months, an increase of 5 percent from 2014. These investors noted that\u00a0there were good long-term prospects for capital appreciation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPropertyGuru\u2019s latest Sentiment Survey results show that although pricing concerns remain, overall mood is more positive with almost half of respondents saying they intend to buy this year,\u201d commented Steve Melhuish, CEO and co-founder of PropertyGuru Group.<\/p>\n<p>More: Singapore new private home sales highest in 8 months<\/p>\n<p>Respondents who were dissatisfied with the current market conditions indicated that Singapore has too much\u00a0expensive prices or overpriced properties.
