\n\u2018Boris bounce\u2019 invigorates buyers and sellers, leading to 12% surge in sales Britain\u2019s property market is in the grip of fresh boom, according to Rightmove, with asking prices jumping by more than \u00a32,500 over the past month alone.The average asking price for a home rose to \u00a3309,399 in February, \u00a340 shy of its all-time record, said Rightmove.
