\nJointly developed by Hong Leong Holdings Limited, GuocoLand Limited and Hong Realty (Private), The Avenir is located within the prime River Valley area in District 9. It sits on the former site of Pacific Mansion and is built on a sprawling 129,648.07 sq ft site.
\nThe freehold development is also minutes away from the CBD, the upcoming Great World City MRT Station along the Thomson-East Coast Line and the Great World City Mall, which offers residents a host of dining and shopping amenities.\u00a0
