\nThe Avenir, a 376-unit, ultra-luxury condominium within the prime River Valley area in District 9, is set to open for preview today (3 January) at 6pm, reported The Straits Times.
\nNestled on a 130,000 sq ft site, the freehold development comprises two 36-storey towers that feature two levels of basement parking, a bicycle park, a 50m lap pool and a hydrotherapy pool, among other facilities.

\nA joint development project of Hong Leong Holdings, GuocoLand and Hong Realty (private), the Avenir is located near the Orchard Road and the central business district. It is also close to the Great World City, the upcoming Great World City MRT station and the Singapore River.
