\nUrban Treasures, Fragrance Group\u2019s latest 237-unit residential project in Jalan Eunos in District 14, is set to open for booking this Saturday (30 Nov).\u00a0
\nSituated on the former site of Eunos Mansion, the freehold condominium comprises of two 12-storey buildings, with units ranging from 452 sq ft for the one-bedroom and 1,270 sq ft for four-bedders.\u00a0
\nIndicative prices for the one-bedroom starts from $845,000 (or about $1,869 psf). The four-bedrooms starts from $2.3 million or about $1,830 psf.

\nThere are also several schools within a 1km radius, including Maha Bodhi School, Telok Kurau Primary, Eunos Primary and Manjusri Secondary.
\nKoh Wee Meng, Fragrance Group founder, executive and chief executive, said that Urban Treasures will appeal to the new generation of home buyers consisting of young families and working adults.
\nThe sales gallery is located at 205 Jalan Eunos, and the project is slated for completion by 31 December 2021.
