Unit prices start from $2.35 million, but there\u2019s an additional 3% early bird discount offered to those who decide to snap up units during the preview sales period.
\nExpected to TOP in December 2022, The Iveria has a site area of 14,691.78 sq ft and a built-up gross floor area of 53,537 sq ft.
