\nPrices for the units start from $789,000 for a one-bedroom unit, $1.125 million for a two-bedroom unit, and $1.55 million for a three-bedroom flexi unit.
\nThe Antares, a 265-unit residential development along Mattar Road, will open for public preview this Saturday (7 September), with bookings starting on 14 September.
\nA project of FSKH Development \u2013 a joint venture comprising Keong Hong Holdings Limited, Hock Lian Seng Holdings Limited and TA Corporation Ltd \u2013 the development comprises one block of 18-storey, one block of 17-storey and two blocks of five-storey residential flats.
\nUnit sizes at the development range from 452 sq ft for a one-bedroom unit to 1,604 sq ft for a four-bedroom penthouse. It also offers three-bedroom flexi units measuring 883 sq ft to 1,023 sq ft. The Antares will also feature two levels of basement carparks, a landscape deck, a swimming pool and communal facilities.
\nPrices for the units start from $789,000 for a one-bedroom unit, $1.125 million for a two-bedroom unit, and $1.55 million for a three-bedroom flexi unit.
\nSituated in the up and coming District 14, The Antares is nestled on a 99-year leasehold site next to the Mattar MRT Station on the Downtown Line, which is only a minute walk away via a sheltered walkway.
\n\u201cThe Antares offers unrivalled convenience with its city fringe location and excellent connectivity \u2013 just one MRT station away from Macpherson MRT interchange, which connects both the Circle and Downtown lines; and just two stops away from Paya Lebar MRT interchange, providing access to the East-West line.
