\nUnless you live under a rock, you\u2019ve probably heard the news that British billionaire James Dyson has smashed the records for buying Singapore\u2019s\u00a0most expensive super penthouse ever, which also happens to be Singapore\u2019s largest penthouse.\u00a0

\nThe pinnacle of the building, however, is the duplex penthouse. The buyer of the super penthouse is rumoured to be none other than Facebook\u2019s co-founder, Eduardo Saverin. He paid $60 million for it in 2017, making it the most expensive penthouse in Singapore (and giving him the bragging rights) until it was recently eclipsed by James Dyson\u2019s new super penthouse.
