Of these, 22,280 units are set for completion by 2022.<br \/>\nWith this, OCBC Investment maintain its \u201cprivate residential price growth forecast of -3 percent to +2 percent for 2019\u201d but pare its primary transactions volume projection \u201cto 8,000-10,000 from 10,000-12,000 as the number of new launches this year may not pan out as aggressively as previously expected\u201d.<br \/>\nFiona Ho, Digital Content Manager at PropertyGuru, edited this story.
