\nThe developer also took home the Best Luxury Condo Architectural Design (Asia), and the Best Luxury Condo Development (Singapore) awards with 8 St Thomas at the 2018 PropertyGuru Asia Awards.
\nBukit Sembawang Estate\u2019s luxury development, 8 St Thomas, has taken home the Silver Award in the high-end residence category at the 5th China Real Estate Design Award (CREDAWARD), which was held in Pudong, Shanghai on April 26 and 27.
\nLast year, the freehold development also won the Gold Award at the New York City Design Awards.
\nLocated between Orchard Road and Great World City, 8 St Thomas comprises 250 units in two 35-storey towers. The upscale development sits on a land size of almost one hectare and is replete with rich foliage and flowing landscapes.
\nJenny Ho, assistant general manager of marketing at Bukit Sembawang Estates said the win was testament to the developers\u2019 dedication to ensure that the timeless architecture design shines through in their work.

\nBukit Sembawang Estates began developing landed properties in the 1950s, and has since established its reputation in the high-end private property segment.
\nIn 2018, the Singapore developer also won the Best Luxury Condo Architectural Design (Asia), and the Best Luxury Condo Development (Singapore) titles with 8 St Thomas at the PropertyGuru Asia Awards. It was also recognised as a Top 10 Singapore Developer in the 2017 BCI Asia Awards.
