\nSingHaiyi Group\u2019s twin residential developments \u2013 The Gazania and The Lilium \u2013 received robust interest during their preview over the recent long weekend with more than 2,000 people visiting their showflats.
\nSingHaiyi group managing director Celine Tang noted that about two-thirds of the 2,000 visitors had made prior appointments with agents for their visits, while the rest were walk-in visitors.
\nShe also revealed that the two developments will be officially launched on 1 May.

\nSingHaiyi shared that homebuyers can choose from a palette of cool or warm tone colours for the interior of their unit.
\nLocated at 16 Tai Seng Street, the showflats are open between 11.00am to 8.00pm on weekdays, and 10.00am to 8.00pm on weekends and public holidays.
