\nThe Department of Housing and Urban Development is charging Facebook with housing discrimination. HUD is alleging that Facebook’s practice of targeted advertising violates the Fair Housing Act by “encouraging, enabling, and causing” unlawful discrimination by restricting who can view housing ads.
