\nOne Draycott, Selangor Dredging Bhd\u2019s latest residential project, is looking to tempt young and wealthy buyers in Singapore with its unique product offering.
\nThe development is located within the Ardmore\/Draycott district \u2013 a traditionally well-known and sought-after address for ultra-luxury properties \u2013 near The American Club, The Pines Club and Tanglin Club.
\nAn architecture art-piece in itself, One Draycott is designed by world-class architect CarverHaggard Architects of London, and is a product of a cross-collaboration with award-winning British artists, Anna and David Hiscock.
\nThey have worked on high profile projects such as the Egyptian Hall of the British Museum and the 1992 Barcelona Olympics.
\nThe Hiscock\u2019s functional art is evident in the \u201csculpture-cum-roundabout at the lobby entrance which features \u201cpangolin scales\u201d that are handcut by Italian stonecutters\u201d, said Selangor Dredging Bhd.
\nIt noted that owners \u201ccan expect to truly own a piece of fine art\u201d as all 64 units come with handcrafted Lucerna stone wall installation at the main entrance and oak facets installations at the main door.
\nUnlike the ultra-luxury properties found within the Ardmore\/Draycott district, which are usually very large with exorbitant price tags, One Draycott\u2019s 64 units are two-bedroom apartments that range from 732 sq ft to 1,345 sq ft.
\nThis means a unit at the development starts from $2.6 million.
\nAnd like all things luxurious, the units at One Draycott are fitted with high-end finishings, fully enclosed kitchen and a private lift lobby.
