\nA plot of land in the south of \u00adLantau sold for HK$1.13 billion (US$143.96 million) on Monday, beating market forecasts by as much as 50 per cent amid optimism about the spin-off benefits arising from the \u201cGreater Bay Area\u201d development plan.Huge Choice Group, an affiliate of mainland developer Agile Group, won the tender for HK$12,740 per square foot, the Lands Department said.The director of Huge Choice Group is Chan Cheuk Yin, according to records on the Integrated Companies Registry\u2026
