\nHong Kong\u2019s richest man, Li Ka-shing, said the world faces slower economic growth and warned against speculation in the city\u2019s property market.
\n\u201cThis year, the world economy will probably be very complicated. Everyone should be cautious,\u201d said Li who retired last year, aged 90, as chairman of CK Asset Holdings and CK Hutchison Group.
