\nTo expand on these observations, the first floor has provision for a covered walkway to busy Serangoon Road, with second-floor openings on the front too. The eye-catching tessellation pattern of 3D cubes on the podium fa\u00e7ade continues inside and is a design nod to Centrium Square\u2019s Little India location. The overall effect is to create a sense of fluidity between the development\u2019s 115-metre frontage and the vibrant landscape of the wider community.
\nThe retail and F&B floors follow a loop, maximising internal shopfront exposure. Meanwhile, the lack of columns in the tower design, high ceilings and full-height windows inspire a sense of flexibility, light and space, as well as spectacular views out over the city, including the iconic Orchard Road.
