\nParc Esta, MCL Land\u2019s 1,399-unit condominium project at Sims Avenue, received robust interest during its preview last weekend (3-4 Nov) as over 5,000 people flocked to its sales gallery located adjacent to its site, media reports said.
\nThe 99-year leasehold project offers one- to five-bedroom units with sizes ranging from 420 sq ft to 1,604 sq ft. Indicative prices ranged from $1,660 to $1,680 psf.

\nAside from the 1,399 residential units, the project \u2013 which comprises nine 18-storey towers \u2013 also features five shops.
\nIt is close to Eunos MRT station while Changi Airport and the central business district are just a short drive away. The project is also close to eateries in Joo Chiat and Katong.
\nSet to be completed by 2022, Parc Esta is being marketed by ERA, PropNex, Huttons and OrangeTee.
\nThe project is located on the former site of Eunosville, which was sold en bloc to MCL Land last year for $765.78 million.
