\nKwun Tong, a former industrial area in Hong Kong\u2019s Kowloon East district, is being transformed into a modern neighbourhood complete with stylish apartments and offices, through an urban renewal project.
\nThe redevelopment site occupies an area of 570,000 sq ft and has five development phases, three of which have been earmarked for residential use. The redevelopment will have a gross floor area of 4.32 million sq ft.
